A good Chartered Surveyor will tell you if it is old and nothing to worry about, or recent and something requiring further investigation.

Very easy company to deal with. Good communication with Charlotte who responded very quickly to my emails. Sam did the survey who was also easy to communicate with. Survey was done on the Monday and I recied it on the Wednesday. Sam also phoned to see if there was anything I was unsure of. So from first contact to receiving my report and speaking to Sam was less then 2 weeks.
