View all servicesMuch will depend on your attitude towards risk… a full Level 3 survey examines all aspects of the fabric of a property gives the greatest level of comfort and would certainly be recommended for some type of older property where defects can be hidden. For other more modern, traditionally built houses the extra cost wouldn’t necessarily be justified, and a Level 2 survey may be more appropriate. We would be very happy to use our experience to guide you to the most appropriate level of survey in your particular circumstances.
