I contacted Shire Surveyors to conduct the level 2 survey on the property I’m seeking to buy. Communication was fantastic from Charlotte , which made the process simple and straightforward.

A great job done by Sam McDonald at Shires surveyor's, I asked for a survey to be done on a property we are purchasing, it appears to be a thourgh report which I received the very next day after the survey was done.

Very easy company to deal with. Good communication with Charlotte who responded very quickly to my emails. Sam did the survey who was also easy to communicate with. Survey was done on the Monday and I recied it on the Wednesday. Sam also phoned to see if there was anything I was unsure of. So from first contact to receiving my report and speaking to Sam was less then 2 weeks.
Very professional and accommodating company. I would definitely recommend.
