As RICS Registered Valuers we provide valuations for a range of purposes.

As RICS Registered Valuers we provide valuations for a range of purposes.

A Market Valuation conducted for you is different from the mortgage valuation your lender will normally commission if you are taking out a mortgage. Please remember, a valuation is not a condition survey.

Help to Buy: If you purchased your home using the government Help to Buy Scheme and are looking to sell, repay or remortgage your home you will require an RICS valuation. More information can be found here – https://www.helptobuy.gov.uk

Private Valuations: If you are buying a house without a mortgage you may wish to have a private valuation carried out to ensure the agreed price is reasonable.

Taxation Valuations: We carry out RICS valuations for probate, inheritance tax, estate planning and matrimonial reasons.

Insurance Rebuilding Valuations:  We can provide an up to date rebuilding valuation to ensure you are not under or over-insured. The calculation takes into account demolition and rebuilding costs, and professional fees.
