Shire Surveyors are pleased to annuonce the appointment of Tom Lister BSc(Hons) AssocRICS as a director from 1st August 2015.
Tom has been running his own business, Orbital Surveyors, for several years. He is an experienced surveyor and valuer, and as a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) carries out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
Shire Surveyors was established by Chris Battye FRICS and James Sellicks MRICS in 2013. Chris Battye said: “James and I are delighted to welcome Tom to the team. His skill set complements our own and enables us to provide an even wider range of services to our clients in the East Midlands.”
