A nice looking house.
It has a flat roof that I couldn’t reach with my extending ladders. The house was empty so no one to ask about when the roof was last renewed or if there were any trade receipts for previous repair or replacement works.
Flat roofs are always a risk and a house of this design will not be to everyone’s taste.
If you do decide to buy one then ensure you go to the trouble of instructing a competent roofer to check it over for you before you commit to your purchase. Avoid a potentially costly problem.
