This garage is old and has seen better days.
The roof frame is sagging. The roof covering is formed of asbestos cement sheets.
As asbestos is a potentially hazardous material, when the garage is replaced (which will be soon!) a Licenced Asbestos Contractor will have to be employed to safely remove and dispose of it.
