This shower tray is not a pretty sight.
It is poorly ventilated and badly affected by condensation as indicated by the mould growth (and has evidently not been cleaned for many years!).
There are numerous ways of both preventing and controlling condensation. In this instance it is probably best to completely refit the shower cubicle.
